    What is an escape room?
    An escape room is an immersive, interactive experience where you and your team are locked in a themed room and must work together to solve puzzles, find clues, and uncover secrets to escape within a set time limit—usually 60 minutes. It's a thrilling blend of mystery, adventure, and problem-solving that challenges your mind and strengthens teamwork.
    What are the age requirements?
    Players of all ages are welcome! However, we recommend participants be at least 10 years old to fully enjoy the puzzles. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Some rooms may have scarier themes—please check individual room descriptions.
    How many people can play?
    Our escape rooms accommodate groups of 2 to 6 players. We recommend 3-5 players for the optimal experience, allowing everyone to contribute while keeping the energy high!
    How difficult are the rooms?
    Each room has a different difficulty level. Doctor Ludwig is rated at Medium difficulty—perfect for beginners and intermediate players. The Diner is rated Advanced, designed for those looking for a tough challenge.
    What should I expect during the experience?
    Upon arrival, you'll receive a briefing from your Game Master who will explain the rules and backstory. Once inside, you'll have 60 minutes to solve puzzles, find clues, and escape! Your Game Master will be monitoring and can provide hints if needed.
    What should I bring?
    Just bring yourself and a sense of adventure! We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. All necessary tools and clues are provided inside the room. Please leave phones and bags in our secure lockers.
    What if we can't solve it in time?
    No worries! Even if time runs out, your Game Master will walk you through the remaining puzzles so you can see how close you were. It's all about the experience and having fun with your team!
    Can I book a private game?
    Absolutely! All our bookings are private—your group will never be mixed with strangers. You'll have the entire room to yourselves for the full 60-minute experience.
    What is your cancellation policy?
    We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled for a different date, subject to availability.
